Bill Condrashoff was elected to the AWA
board in 2008. He represents the greater Jackson area. An Amador
County resident since 1990, Mr. Condrashoff is a businessman who
manufactures electronic instrumentation for water quality monitoring and
the sugar refining industry, which he designs and builds himself. He
also owns a printing and office equipment repair business. Bill
currently is serving as Vice President of the AWA Board of Directors,
chairs the Budget and Finance Committee and co-chairs the Grants and
Funding Ad-Hoc Committee.
Bill was raised in Concord, CA, and holds
a degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley. He resides in the
Jackson area. His AWA board term expires in December, 2010.

Gary Thomas was elected to the AWA board in 2008.
He represents Ione, Carbondale, Lake Camanche and Amador City. Mr.
Thomas served two terms as an Ione City Councilman, served on Ione’s
Planning Commission and Parks and Recreation Committee, and on the
Amador County Transportation Commission. He chairs AWA’s Personnel
Committee, and represents AWA on the Calaveras Amador Mokelumne River
Authority, the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan and the Dry
Creek Watershed Group.
Gary and his wife Kathleen reside in Ione, where
they have been active for many years in community service and youth
coaching. Gary works at Mule Creek State Prison as an electrician and
enjoys antiques, camping, and working on old cars. His AWA board term
expires in December, 2012.

Don Cooper was elected to the AWA board in 2008. He
represents Volcano, Pioneer, Buckhorn and the upcountry area. Mr. Cooper
owns and operates an irrigation pump testing service after concluding a
35-year management career with PG&E where he worked, among many other
projects, on energy conservation programs and on the sale of the water
system from PG&E to Amador Water Agency. Don chairs the Agency’s Rates
and Rules Committee and represents AWA on the Mokelumne River
Association.
Don is a Registered Professional Engineer
specializing in Water and Energy Management. He and his wife Joan built
their Mace Meadows home in 1991 and have two adult children. His AWA
board term expires in December, 2012.

Debbie Dunn was elected to the AWA board in 2008.
She represents Sutter Creek, Pine Grove and the Ridge Road corridor. Ms.
Dunn has worked in a wide range of public and private sector jobs and
currently owns High Sierra Tickets, an internet ticket box office. She
has served on the Amador County Recreation
Agency board, the Airport Advisory Board, Pine Grove Council, and
Upcountry Community Council. Debbie chairs AWA’s Public Relations
Committee and represents the Agency on the Integrated Regional Water
Management Plan, the Mokelumne River Association, and the Mountain
Counties Water Resources Association.
Debbie has lived in Pine Grove since 1990. Her AWA
board term expires in December, 2010.

Terry Moore was elected to the AWA board in 1998.
He represents Plymouth, Fiddletown, Drytown, River Pines and portions of
Amador City and Pine Grove. Mr. Moore is a graduate Civil Engineer and
Registered Professional Engineer, with many years experience in both the
public and private sector. Terry is the President of the AWA Board of
Directors, chairs the Engineering and Planning Committee and co-chairs
the Grants and Funding Ad-Hoc Committee. He also represents AWA on the
Association of California Water Agencies/Joint Powers Insurance
Authority’s (ACWA/JPIA)
and on the Upper Mokelumne River Watershed Authority.
Terry and his wife Sandi live In Plymouth, enjoy
traveling and operate a small travel agency. His AWA board term expires
in December, 2010.
